Multiple listing service – Multiple Choice Questions
It appears that whatever we are doing, a multiple choice question is somehow involved. This same principle is true whether you are trying to complete a phone call, ordering a simple bottle of water, buying a new car or replacing a kitchen counter top in your home. However, every house has at least one or two counter tops in it; some even have three, four or more. So, the question that arises in the mind of every kitchen or bathroom remodeler or new builder is which one would be the best choice for them.
The very popular ceramic material has many appealing features to it. Most of all, the average person is capable of installing it themselves. On top of that, routine everyday cleaning is a breeze, colors are beautiful, it is able to withstand heat and it is not too expensive. However, these tiles are capable of chipping.
Let us look, then, at stainless steel counter tops; surely they can not chip. This material seems to be perfect for the home kitchen. The heat can not hurt it, we know how strong and durable steel is, water does not hurt it and it is very pretty. But, on the downside, it is not a sound quieting material. On the contrary, it is a sound enhancing substance.
Composite counter tops are very beautiful. Unfortunately, they are also very expensive; right along the side of marble, granite and quartz. The laminate version seems to be the most popular one. It does scratch, but most of the time these marks just blend in with the rest of the pattern; making them unnoticeable to most people. Besides, this material is in the right price range; which actually can be the deciding factor for the average homeowner.
So, as with everything else in life, the multiple choice question is not as easy to answer as we might have thought it was.
